They provide leadership to attendants and are example employees in customer service and drop-off laundry preparation. Assistant managers may be called on to assist with schedule making, covering shifts and payroll hours reporting.

As a store manager you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, banking, working with customers, managing employees, resolving customer issues, and maintaining the store.
